Has your internet stopped working, running slow or keeps dropping out?

There are many reasons why your internet is not working right.

It could be in the network or it could be internal cabling causing your internet connection issues.

STEPS for Troubleshooting:

  1. Locate Point of Entry (commonly known as lead in cable) & perform an ADSL connection test. This will check for SYNC Speeds and any Errors.
  2. Identify if the problem is in the Network or Internal Cabling.
  3. Perform Repairs to Internal Cabling and or Sockets if needed. *Limited Repairs can be fixed in the Network.
  4. Test and Generate a Fault Report for Customer and ISP.
